This month, we celebrate Southwest’s new livery and corporate image by showcasing its newest Boeing 737-8H4 ( WL ) on the cover of our January 2015 issue. Southwest is, in fact, the largest Boeing 737 operator in the world, with over 630 active units. Bill Word captured the shiny new airliner as it took off out of Tucson, Arizona, under perfect weather conditions.
